Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026
Use ClassPlay to teach. Your lessons stay yours. Only upload material you have the right to use, and keep children's information to a minimum.
Who can use ClassPlay
Teacher accounts are for adults: teachers, tutors, parents and school staff. Students take part through a link from their teacher and do not need an account. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.
Your content
You keep ownership of the activities, words, pictures and recordings you add. You allow ClassPlay to store, copy and display them only as needed to run the service for you: saving your library, playing activities, and showing them to the people you share them with or, if you publish them, to Community users.
Only upload material you created or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of pupils, personal details beyond a first name or nickname, or anything unlawful, hateful, violent or sexual.
Sharing and Community
Anyone with a shared link can play that activity. Published Community activities are visible to other users. We may remove content that breaks these terms or that someone reports with good reason, and we may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Accounts and security
Keep your password private. Each account can be signed in on a limited number of browsers at once. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Membership and prices
ClassPlay is free to use at the moment, and some features may be limited by membership. We plan to offer paid plans; prices and terms will be shown before you are asked to pay, and existing activities will not be deleted because a plan changes.
The service
We work to keep ClassPlay available and your work safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own backups of important lessons using Download backup. To the extent the law allows, ClassPlay is not liable for indirect losses or lost data.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on ClassPlay infringes your rights, email kemach@kemachq.com with a link to the content and an explanation. We will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced to signed-in teachers. Questions: kemach@kemachq.com.
